By downloading, installing, or using the Manalog application or website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Manalog. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us at legal@manalog.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, upload harmful or illegal content, attempt unauthorized access, use automated scraping tools, impersonate others, or send spam.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your wishlists, item descriptions, and notes. By using the Service, you grant Manalog a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

6. Wishlist Sharing

When you share a wishlist, you grant the recipient view access. You may revoke share access at any time. Manalog is not responsible for how recipients use shared wishlist information.

7. Third-Party Links

The Service may display links to third-party websites and products. Manalog does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party content or terms. Manalog participates in the Amazon Associates Program (tag: manalog-20).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. MANALOG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANALOG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Indiana.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
